Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Goldmine Estate (the "Agency"). By engaging with the Agency you agree to these Terms.

Services: Goldmine Estate assists clients in buying, selling and renting residential and commercial properties. The Agency acts as an intermediary and will make reasonable efforts to verify property information, but buyers and tenants remain responsible for their own due diligence and inspections.

Fees and Payment: For property sales, the Agency charges a commission equal to 2.5% of the final sale price unless otherwise agreed in writing. For rental transactions, the Agency fee is equal to one month’s rent. Fees are payable at closing (sales) or at lease signing/first rent payment (rentals) unless another payment schedule has been agreed in writing.

Client Obligations: Clients must provide accurate information, disclose any material facts relevant to transactions, and allow reasonable access for viewings. The Agency may terminate representation for material breaches of these Terms.

Liability: Except where prohibited by law, the Agency’s liability for direct losses arising from its services is limited to the total fees paid to the Agency for the transaction. The Agency is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses.
